Meet Jodi Liston, the visionary force behind Liston Education Group. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, and as a mother to three children with a vast range of gifts and needs, Jodi brings a wealth of experience and a deeply personal connection to her work.

Elisabeth Swain is a passionate educator with more than fifteen years of teaching and administration experience in independent schools and nonprofit organizations. She brings her knowledge and expertise to families transitioning from a therapeutic milieu to a specialized or mainstream school.

Chrissy Liptrot joins the team with ten years of Special Education classroom experience. She has worked closely with students and their families to navigate the complex and often intimidating IEP and 504 process.

Kathleen Foden has spent the past ten years working in the field of education. She has worked with a wide range of learners, from pre-k to aging adults. In the past, Kathleen has worked as a classroom teacher, special educator, and advocate to help support families and individuals. She has also worked in a variety of settings, including alternative, public, and private schools, people’s homes, and in the wilderness.

Temima Halon brings her passion for helping people who need guidance and support while seeking treatment to Liston Education Group. She has deep compassion for and understanding of families and individuals in need of care. Her sensitivity, warmth, and reassuring words carry families through challenging times.

Heidi has dedicated her career to working with children and their families to provide nurturing and thoughtful residential care. As a young professional, she directed summer and respite camp programs for youth and adults with physical differences and neuro-diverse experiences. Prior to joining Liston Education Group, Heidi served as the Executive Director of an outdoor therapeutic program, a residential treatment center start-up, and a therapeutic boarding school. She launched a not-for-profit charitable foundation to support families in financial need of mental health services.
